They were able to get a new one under warranty and install it the same day! While waiting for the warranty approval from the manufacturer, Carter had a solution for a problem that had been on my to-do list for years and got everything installed. Drew drove to pick up the new unit late afternoon so Carter could install it tonight so I didn’t have to go another day with no hot water.
